On May 1, 2026, comunified.com — IDM's oldest enterprise platform, originally launched in 2005 — will be available with a completely new look and feel and numerous new features for our customers.

On May 1, 2026, the fully overhauled version of comunified.com goes live. The platform — originally launched in 2005 as IDM's first enterprise messaging application, older than most modern CPaaS providers — gets a complete re-release after more than two decades.

What stays

The platform's DNA stays intact: comunified remains the messaging tool for small and mid-sized businesses that want to run their customer communication professionally, without stepping into enterprise-CPaaS complexity. No SMPP, no API-documentation onboarding, no integration weeks — just a web portal where marketing and service teams plan, send and track messages.

What changes

Modern interface. The UI has been rebuilt from the ground up — reactive, mobile-friendly and noticeably faster than the previous generation.

New channels. Alongside SMS, now also RCS Business Messaging, WhatsApp Business and email, in a unified conversation model.

Better segmentation. The audience builder supports multi-step rules — by purchase history, by opt-in timestamp, by interaction pattern.

Journey automation. Simple trigger-action flows for welcome sequences, abandoned-cart reminders, reactivation campaigns.

Built-in GDPR tooling. Double opt-in is standard, consent log per contact, automatic opt-out handling, export on request for data-subject rights.

What existing customers can expect

Existing accounts are migrated automatically — contact lists, campaign history and opt-in status all carry over. The migration runs in stages between May 1 and May 15, 2026; each account receives an individual cutover date and a transition checklist.

Existing API integrations continue to run on the legacy endpoint schema in parallel for another 12 months before the hard cutover.
